Olga & Xavier’s wedding day began with an intimate ceremony in the stunning Fitzrovia Chapel in central London – a grade II listed building, formerly the chapel for Middlesex Hospital built in the early 1900’s & restored to it’s former glory in 2011. The Chapel features marble & gold leaf mosaic tiles in the Italian Gothic style, it’s a beautiful space for an intimate celebration. Olga chose loose wildflower arrangements to contrast the formal space & compliment her relaxed, boho wedding style. Her dress was gorgeous with layers of tulle, a modern geometric style lace & pretty floral embroidered straps with tassels. Perfectly complimented by her elfin headpiece with Japanese clay anemone flowers & leaves in peach & blue. Anyone else think Olga looks like a gelfling princess? – check out the Dark Crystal on Netflix if you don’t know what I’m talking about 😉
Xavier looked dashing in a Christian Dior suit with modern embroidery on the collar, so nice to see something a bit different on a classic black suit.
We went for a wander around picturesque Fitzrovia before joining their closest family & friends for a relaxed afternoon tea reception at home.
