Last week I was exploring the Amalfi Coast, ready to capture Ying & Mike’s fabulous destination wedding at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello. After visiting the Villa a few years ago, Ying & Mike fell in love with the beautiful gardens & the view from the infinity terrace. They chose this special place for their first look, having a moment to see each other before the ceremony, in one of their favourite places in the world, overlooking the stunning Amalfi coast in the glorious sunshine.
They travelled from America, bringing all their favourite people to celebrate a few beautiful days together. The day before the wedding, we met for some relaxed couples portraits in the pretty cobbled streets of Ravello before walking to their welcome cocktails in the gardens of Belmond Hotel Caruso and their rehearsal dinner at Palazzo Avino (previews from their day before celebrations coming soon!).
I absolutely loved Ying’s beaded lace mermaid gown with detachable romantic bell sleeves by Lee Petra Grebenau and Mike looked so handsome in a tux by Dolce & Gabbana.
