2016 Highlights

Twenty sixteen was a year full of amazing moments. Real moments, funny moments, natural moments, emotional moments. Moments of pure joy & happiness and moments of stillness & quiet. A year packed with beautiful weddings, tiny intimate London weddings, elegant Mayfair members club weddings, eccentric country manor house weddings, urban city weddings, relaxed pub weddings, barn weddings, beach weddings & woodland weddings. It’s been a wonderful year capturing so many amazing days & I’ve loved reliving each one as I picked my favourite images for this post.

I’ve had work published in Rock My Wedding, London Bride, Junebug Weddings, Looks Like Film, Her Canberra, White Magazine, Love My Dress, Photography Farm & Elle Decor and I was honoured to win an award in the coveted Junebug 2016 Best of the Best Destination Wedding Photo Collection. I started the year shooting weddings with the amazing Nisha Ravji all over the north island of New Zealand. I shot editorials in Canberra, Australia and weddings in some of my favourite venues in the UK (Aynhoe Park, Asylum Peckham, One Friendly Place, Preston Court, Town Hall Hotel… to name a few). I’ve worked with talented suppliers (like Melissa’s amazing florals – see first pic below) & I’ve loved photographing my stylish brides & grooms and the modern, unique days they have designed.

Being a part of such an important day is an incredible experience and I’m grateful to all of my couples who trust me to capture their day for them. 2017 is off to an exciting start with weddings in New Zealand throughout January & February then I’ll be heading back to London for the summer. Here are just a few of my favourite moments from 2016 weddings.
