Kate and Michael had a beautiful, contemporary, alternative wedding on an overcast winter day in London. A very non-traditional day with a focus on friends, family and enjoying every moment. Kate’s mum travelled all the way from Grenada and along with her auntie, made Kate’s bouquet from roses they picked up at a London flower market. Michael’s parents travelled over from Australia & helped set up the reception venue with hand-made decorations. After photographing the bridal preparations at the lovely Rose & Crown pub, we set out before the ceremony to take some natural couples portraits around Stokey so we could catch the last light of the day. We then met everyone at the pub and headed across the road to Stoke Newington Town Hall then on to Cafe Oto in Dalston for a non-traditional reception.
